The link on the left side of the table gives the notes in a 2-page / page
format, the link on the right side of the table gives a full size page. You may
choose which one you wish to download. I print the 2-page / page format
myself. From now on, the notes will be updated as a whole. The new versions will
contain all of the course material and more. I recommend printing only the pages
you need, since the notes are still under revision.
