Title: Random threshold growth and related models
Abstract: The occupied set grows
by adding points x which have at least theta already occupied points in their
neighborhoods. Such "threshold growth" models are interesting in many
contexts. For growth on an integer lattice, explicitly computable
approximations can be developed when the neighborhood range is large.
Other cases will also be briefly addressed. |
