Midterm 2: Fri Mar 3 at 2 pm - 2:50 pm. Covers: Chapter 7; HW 3, 4, and 5.
Final: Mon Mar 20 at 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm in Room TBA (most likely Peterson 103). Covers Chapters 5,6,7 and 8; HWs 1 - 7.

Grading: Your grade will be based on the maximum of the following
22.5% each midterm, 45% final, 10% homework (best 6/7)
12.5% lowest midterm, 22.5% highest midterm, 55% final, 10% homework (best 6/7)
All homeworks are due at the beginning of class on Fridays (except on Midterm days) or in the dropbox in the basement of APM labelled 140B on those Fridays at 2 pm. All solutions to HW should be written in your own words.
Exercises are at the end of each chapter. #X.Y denotes an exercise in Chapter X (the Yth exercise in that chapter).
List of HW problems are tentative (will be confirmed 1 week before due date).
Solutions manual to Walter Rudin's Principles of Mathematical Analysis, by Roger Cooke You should use these solutions as an aid/inspiration for your solutions, which must be written in your own words.
