computational biology, continuum mechanics, and materials science.

- Mathematical and computational aspects of biomolecular interactions:
variational implicit solvation, Brownian dynamics simulations, and entropy calculations.
- Multiscale theory, modeling, and simulation of bacterial colony and biofilms.
- Theory and numerical methods for fluctuating interfacial dynamics.
- Electrostatic interactions in biological and coloidal systems. Continuum theory and
computation. Monte Carlo simulations.
