Research Interests:
Scientific computing and numerical analysis; and applied aspects of partial differential equations,
dynamical systems, and stochastic processes; with application to biological physics,
computational biology, continuum mechanics, and materials science.

variational implicit solvation, Brownian dynamics simulations, and entropy calculations.
 Multiscale theory, modeling, and simulation of bacterial colony and biofilms.
 Theory and numerical methods for fluctuating interfacial dynamics.
 Electrostatic interactions in biological and coloidal systems. Continuum theory and
computation. Monte Carlo simulations.
