- From North of La Jolla (e.g., Del Mar, Los Angeles, etc.)
- Take I-5 South.
- Exit on the La Jolla Village Drive offramp.
- Turn left (travelling West).
- La Jolla Village Drive will become North Torrey Pines Road.
- Turn right at Muir College Drive (travelling East) at the UCSD Muir Entrance.
- Go past the stop sign (continuing East).
- Turn right into the parking lot (Parking Lot #207).
- The Applied Physics and Mathematics Building is located directly south of Parking Lot 207.
- From South of La Jolla (e.g., from San Diego International Airport)
- Take I-5 North.
- Exit on the La Jolla Village Drive offramp.
- Turn left (travelling West).
