NOTE: All Matlab assignments may be accessed through the department's Math 20D Matlab Assignments page. However, as these labs follow a different ordering than the topics covered in the class syllabus, we will use the following ordering. All Matlab assignments should be turned in to the TA in charge of your lab section by the assigned due date (these dates are subject to change).

HOMEWORK 1:   [Due in Section on Thursday, January 19]
Matlab assignment #1, "Introduction to MATLAB Using Sequences and Series," everything but section 1.5.

HOMEWORK 2:   [Due in Section on Thursday, January 26]
Matlab assignment #3, "Directions Fields with DFIELD."

HOMEWORK 3:   [Due in Section on Thursday, February 2]
Matlab assignment #4, "Modeling With Differential Equations."

HOMEWORK 4:   [Due in Section on Thursday, February 16]
Matlab assignment #5, "The Phase Plane and Solution Curves for Systems of Ordinary Differential Equations." This assignment is given 2 weeks to complete, to allow extra time in the lab sections for instruction.

HOMEWORK 5:   [Due in Section on Thursday, February 23]
Matlab assignment #2, "Taylor Series," along with section 1.5 from Matlab assignment #1, "Introduction to MATLAB Using Sequences and Series."

HOMEWORK 6:   [Due in Section on Thursday, March 9]
Matlab assignment #6, "Solution of Linear Systems Using Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors." This assignment is given 2 weeks to complete, to allow for extra time in the lab sections for instruction.

HOMEWORK 7:   [Due in Section on Thursday, March 16]
Matlab assignment #7, "The Laplace Transform."
