I am PhD candidate in the Department of Mathematics at the University of California, San Diego. My advisor is Amir Mohammadi. I obtained my bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Victoria, in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. My research interests include ergodic theory and dynamical systems, with a focus on infinite volume homogeneous dynamics.

In the 2019-2020 academic year, I was one of two Senior TAs in the department. The Senior TAs' duties include running TA training (Math 500) in the Fall quarter, observing new TAs, managing TA-instructor conflicts, and serving on the Graduate Affairs Committee. In 2018-2019, I was the Junior TA, whose role is to assist the Senior TA, and prepare for being Senior TA the following year.
