Exam:
  • There will be two midterm exams, 100 points each. They will be given in class on Oct. 20th and Nov. 17th;
  • Final exam(200 points) will be on Friday, December 15th (Location: TBA), 3:00-5:59pm.



    Grading Policy:   The grades will be determined as the best of:

  • 20% Homework, 20% Midterm Exam I, 20% Midterm Exam II, 40% Final Exam;
  • 20% Homework, 20% Best Midterm Exam, 60% Final Exam.

    Announcements:



    The Final Exam will be on Friday, Dec. 15th 3:00pm-5:59pm.     The location will be the lecture room, Center Hall 105. Please bring your campus ID to the exam.

    The final exam is cumulative. More precisely, it will cover Chapters 1-12, Chapters 14-20, and Chapter 23.

    Here are extra office hours in the week of Dec. 11th (The regular office hours work until Dec. 14th):

    There will be a review class on Friday, Dec. 8th. Review will also be given in the Discussion Session on Thursday, Dec. 7th. All are strongly encouraged to attend.
