About Us
Our Purpose
We, the UCSD Math Club, would like to serve as a gathering place, as well as an academic and career resource, where all students interested in mathematics can further their involvement in the subject, meet other people with similiar interests, and discover some of the opportunities mathematics has to offer.
What We Do
The UCSD Math Club hosts various seminars dealing with graduate education, careers, and topics in mathematics to provide resources for our members. We also hold social events in order for mathematically-inclined people to meet and exchange ideas.

- I'm a transfer student into Revelle college with 3 AA degrees--one in math! Currently I'm a double major (Math and Italian) and am earning a minor (Linguistics). Even though I am a senior, I will not be graduating this year due to the overwhelming number of courses required for both majors and the minor. And since I'm still 17 years old, I couldn't think of a better place to be than UCSD!!

- I'm a senior in TMC who couldn't make up her mind between two fields, so I decided to major in both. For the last 4 years, I've had a job at Los Alamos National Lab doing computer modeling and numerical methods. I'm also a member of the UCSD Pepband and the Golden Key society. Interests: playing musical instruments, reading (preferably something that isn't school related), doing any sort of puzzles (whether their 1000 piece jigsaws or those silly sudoku boxes)
