Midterm 1 on Wednesday, October 20
covers Sections 1.1 through 1.7, 2.2 through 2.6. It will take place in class,
Pepper Canyon Hall, Room 106, 12:00-12:50 pm. It is a paper and pencil exam. No
notes or calculators are allowed.

Midterm 2 on Wednesday,
November 17 covers Sections Sections 1.1 through 1.7, 2.2 through 2.6, 4.1, 3.1
through 3.4,
5.1 through 5.5, 6.1 and 6.2, with an
emphasis on Sections 3.1 through 3.4, 4.1, 5.1 through 5.5, 6.1 and 6.2.
It will take place in class, Pepper Canyon Hall, Room 106,
12:00-12:50 pm. It is a paper and pencil exam. No calculators are allowed. You
can bring a sheet of notes (written on both sides) to the exam.

Final exam: Wednesday, December 8, 11:30-2:30 pm, MANDEVILLE AUDITORIUM. (NOTE
THE ROOM CHANGE!) Bring your ID to the final exam!
The final exam is cumulative and covers Sections 1.1 through
1.7, 2.2 through 2.6, 3.1 through 3.4, 5.1 through 5.5, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.1 and
7.2. It is a closed book, paper and pencil exams. You do not need a blue book.
No calculators will be allowed during the final exam. You can bring a sheet of
notes (written on both sides) to the exam. There will be no make-up final exam.

by the TA’s, as follows:
