Useful Links:
The Calculus Community website has a couple useful
features. The most important one is the forum (after you log in, click 'discussion forum') - I'll be
checking it frequently to answer questions and my hope is that you can start to answer other
classmates' questions.
Professor Al Shenk has created a website
to provide interactive solutions to many different types of problems. Chapters 6-8 cover some of what
we will do in this class. He provides step-by-step instructions for many types of problems. Take a look!
You can also find a nice selection of
sample problems, some of which we will cover in class.
Here are some sample exams:
midterm 1, midterm 2,
and a final.
They are a few years old and may not exactly match the form and content of exams from this quarter, but the
overall 'flavor' will be similar.
