Text:

Marsden and Tromba, Vector Calculus,   Freeman 2004
(Follow the link for more study material.)
Other texts:

Many
multivariable calculus texts, e.g. Stewart
Calculus: Early Transcendentals, Brooks/Cole 2003,
contain an easy introduction to vector calculus.
Until recently, the text
Davis, Snider, Vector Analysis,
Quant Systems 1995, was used for 20E.   A popular introduction from the
physics perspective is
Shey, Div, grad, curl and all that Norton 2005.
The text
Colley, Vector Calculus
Prentice Hall 2002, is similar to Marsden-Tromba.
