FinalProject - CSE 167 - Student: Adam Chamberlin

For my final project, I decided to extend the solar system in project 1 and transform it into a
brass Orrery from three centuries ago. Orreries were popular in early 18th century London to illustrate
the Copernicun view of the Solar System in a more tangible form than mere discussion. The name "Orrery"
came about after an English instrument maker by the name of John Rowley named a copy he made of existing
machines "The Orrery" in honour of Charles Boyle, Earl of Orrery.
