  • I was planning on doing a visual of that popular Nursery Rhyme, "Five little monkeys, jumping on the bed, 1 fell off and broke his head..."

But I didn't have time to make them jump. All I had time to do was make their tails wag. The monkeys took a while to create because of the texture mapping on the sphere. The squared texture maps get mapped onto spheres using polar coordinates, so I had to draw the individual image maps on the monkey myself (its ears and mouth). The fingers, hands, toes, and feet also took a while, and so did the tail! I wanted to use a bezier curve for the tail but didn't have time either.

I used texture maps for the pictures and the bed a picture of my own bedsheet!

I only had enough time to make one spotlight to light up the "curious george (bush)" picture. My aim to was create lights for all the paintings.
