Project #3 -Math 155A - Student: ELI PECHMAN


Most of the effort in this project came from making my initial only flip once instead of flipping one direction and then flipping back, which I thought looked bad.
The other thing I'm sure a few of you ran into was making the sombrero so that the number of periods/ radius of the outer rings stayed the same when the mesh size was
adjusted.  I dealt with this by defining the quad strips in rays from the middle instead of in rings surrounding the middle.
