Tianyi Yu

I am a first-year Ph.D. in the math department at the University of California, San Diego. Previously, I obtained bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of California, San Diego. My email address is tiy059 (at) ucsd.edu.

Research Interests

I am interested in algebraic combinatorics. My research is related to: coinvariant algebras, Young tableau, Demazure characters (key polynomials), plactic monoid, Kohnert diagrams, and crystal operators.

Publications

  1. Harmonic bases for generalized coinvariant algebras [with Brendon Rhoades and Zehong Zhao] (Accepted, Electronic Journal of Combinatorics, 2020.)
