I bought this shirt within the first week of moving to San Diego. It is one of my favorite shirts, and I love how colorful it is. The clip art green sharks are particularly fun. I ate some really good Ethiopian food right before buying this shirt.

I never really cared about this shirt, but then one of my buddies wore a shirt that looked just like it when I went over to visit him, so it moved up on my list of likable shirts. Now it's one of my favorites!

I bought this shirt at a Target with one of my roommates which was a winsome day that I look back on fondly. I really wanted a bird shirt because of Winston from the show New Girl, and this fit the bill perfectly. Then, I hiked 19 miles while wearing it, and it wasn't the same after that. Still one of my favorite shirts of all time.

This is the only Hawai'ian shirt I own that I know was purchased in Hawai'i. My parents brought it back for me after their 25th anniversary, which they celebrated in Hawai'i. It looks pretty cool if you ask me. I also wear a lot of blue, so if I want to wear a one-color outfit, this shirt is the perfect pick.

I purchased this shirt as a birthday present for myself, and I want to show you something that is rare on these sorts of shirts. If you look at the orange flower up top, it matches first of all over the button seam, but it ALSO matches with the back of the shirt. UNBELIEVABLE. It is a beautiful shirt, holy cow.

This is another great bird shirt. This one features a lot of parrots, and keeps the theme red. I used to have these amazing red pants, and I would always think I was the coolest person out there if I wore this shirt with those red pants. I ripped the pants, but I still rock the shirt.

My current roommate's dad recently gave me this shirt. I think I'm the cats pajamas when I wear this one. It definitely has its own vibe, and I think it's a great shirt. This is probably in my top 3 shirts right now.

I don't have much to say about this shirt other than that it is summer-y. I really want to be on a boat on the East Coast with this shirt on at some point in my life. Maybe on Nantucket. It's a dream I have.

This shirt is SICK! The Hummers (I think they are H2's if that matters to you) match up over the seam! I ripped this shirt at some point, and I sewed it very poorly, but it still works!

I love the color red on this shirt, and I think the palms are beautiful. If you watched my Grassmannian talk, you may have noticed I wore this shirt. I thought that this shirt looked the closest to grass that I could find, so I wanted to wear it for that talk. Kinda hip!

I was walking on a bridge while wearing this shirt, talking to a friend of mine who lived in an apartment overlooking the bridge, and when I told her to look at me, she thought I was wearing a gray shirt. I thought that was funny. I love the patterns on this shirt.

This guy has so many patterns going on and I like that it looks like it has chromosomes in some of the patterns. Sometimes this shirt is a bit much, but it always makes me happy when I wear it.

The first day I wore this shirt, I went to the La Jolla Farmers' Market, and my friend that runs the Sabor Piri-Piri Kitchen truck told me he'd trade me food for the shirt `cause he thought it looked cool. I was tempted to trade because his Mozambique food is phenomenal. Anyways, I was complimented three or four more times that day, so I really like this shirt.
