In this course, the main topic will be
spectral graph theory and
combinatorial probabilistic methods.
We will also cover related recent developments
on pagerank of graphs.

This course is NOT a continuation of 262A and 262B earlier. The prerequisites
are linear algebra, graph theory and probability.
