Biography
Dr. Tian earned her Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University in 2017.
Dr. Tian works in numerical analysis and the focus of her work is on the analysis and computation of non-local models, as well as both applied and fractional PDEs and multiscale modeling.
Dr. Tian was a Bing Instructor in the department of mathematics at the University of Texas, Austin, arriving there in 2017.
